This blog is a place for wives, girlfriends, significant others, and anyone else stuck to a chef to come together and chirp to each other about how to deal with the nonsense that goes along with being the wife of a chef. I was struggling to live with a ghost of a husband who I never saw until I met two other chefs' wives that saved me. It was then that I realized there must be more who need love and support too, right?

Perry Street Ressy
Tonight I dine at Perry St. You all know how it goes. Sometimes it's the only way to "have dinner" with your chef.

I'm sure ALL DSW's know how that is!?! My hubby is Chef of 3 rests... On Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve I always have a "date" with the bartender of the rest my Chef is working. Last year Chef told one of his fav customers (single retired Dr.) that he should join me at the bar for V-day and NYE…now I have a “double date” on said days! Yay for me! This would be the ONLY time my Chef would suggest I dine with another man. ;)
