Lamb's testicles.
My jaw dropped, but I ate it and it tasted like sweetbreads. Not great, but I'm so proud of myself for even trying it.
So the big question is, would you eat lamb's testicles??

This blog is a place for wives, girlfriends, significant others, and anyone else stuck to a chef to come together and chirp to each other about how to deal with the nonsense that goes along with being the wife of a chef. Definitely willing to give it a try! Prepared right, I'm sure anything tastes good!
I think if I didn't know what it was, I'd probably try it. I often tell chefs at places I know use ingredients that make me queasy to not tell me what I'm eating until after the fact. If I know what it is, I'm much less likely to try it...
